My main complaint is that they are not equipped to take credit cards. I made several attempts to pay across the street at Vodickova Apartment with the card, but their machine was down, so I ended up having to withdraw more cash than I wanted to, mostly because of the fees and unfavorable exchange rates. But this concern was minor, compared to the positive aspects of the apartments.
And, most importantly, we LOVED Prague. What a fantastic city! And the Czech people are very warm and nice.
I wish I was still there!!!
