The house with restaurant, summer terasa in atrium and Privat Boutique hotel has recently passed extensive reconctruction. Our residence visited e. g.: Giulio Andreotti, Shirley Temple, Jean Reno, Lorenco Lamaz, Rolling Stone, Martina Hingis, football team AS Roma, president Vaclav Klaus, Karel Gott etc.
Amenities: Luxury rooms from 30 to 95 square metres are equipped with shower or tube, sat TV, phone, furnished antique (style La Patio) and modern. All rooms are equipped with a kingsbed.

Top terms: 4 nights minimum stay required, weekends: 2 nigths minimum stay required.

Cancellation policy and restrictions:
Individuals: more than 2 nights before arrival = cancellation free of charge. Less than 2 nights or no show = full stay charge to provided credit card guarantee.
Groups (more than 10 person or stays over 6 nights lenght): more than 14 nights before arrival = cancellation free of charge. 13-7 nights = full 1st night charge. Less than 7 nights or no show= full stay charge to provided credit card guarantee.
Stag/hen parties: cash bail up to 50 EUR/person to be returned on your departure if no damage is done.
