Many historical sights are nearby - The National Theatre, Charles bridge, Wenceslas Square, The Old Town Square, Jewish Town, etc. - everything till 5 minutes walk. The apartments is on the 5th floor (lift) with the view on the Prague Castle. It's furnished in the modern style and suitable for a family or small group. The area of the apartement is 60 m2 (645 sq.f).

Payment policy:
- Since there is NO reception available, we need to inform the apartment managers your estimated time of arrival, so they can welcome you, give you the keys, introduce to the place and proceed your payment. Alternatively, use the transfer service so the driver will do these steps instead, please.
- Price is per apartment per night with basic bed occupancy, extra (sofa) beds available for additional fee up to the maximum apartment capacity. Prices include all local taxes, VAT etc. No breakfast is served, no transfers fee included.
- Exact price in CZKs or EURs will be delivered at the time of valid booking (due to currency exchange ratio changes happening every day). However, once the valid booking is confirmed by us, no currency exchange ratios will be taken into an account anymore - the final price stays fixed.
- Payments to be made in CZK or EUR cash only on your arrival directly to the apartments manager. If you do not wish to use the transfer services, please provide estimated time of arrival to the apartment plus your mobile phone while in Prague.
- Provided credit card serves as a guarantee only and will not be charged at the time you make your booking request. It will be charged only if you break the cancellation policy
- Groups may be asked for a deposit (up to 30%).
- Top terms: 6 nights minimum stay required, weekends: 2 nigths minimum stay required.

Cancellation policy and restrictions:
- Individuals: more than 7 nights before arrival = cancellation free of charge. 7-3 nights = full 1st night charge. Less than 3 nights or no show = full stay charge to provided credit card guarantee.
- Groups (more than 6 person or taking more than 1 apartment or stays over 6 nights lenght): more than 14 nights before arrival = cancellation free of charge. 13-7 nights = full 1st night charge. Less than 7 nights or no show= full stay charge to provided credit card guarantee.
- Stag/hen parties: cash bail 50 EUR/person to be returned on your departure if no damage is done.

In his book Svatby v domě he writes that the wastepaper storage was located
at Spálená nr. 10, so it was located in the basement of your apartment!
So your apartment was the best place we possible could have chosen for our
Hrabal-weekend.
